ZX Lidars has announced the appointment of Alex Woodward as Managing Director, succeeding founder Ian Locker, who has stepped down from the role after more than 20 years leading the business. Ian Locker has led the company since its early development. During this period, the company developed and commercialised lidar systems used for wind measurement across onshore and offshore wind projects.

Hexicon has published its annual report for 2025, outlining financial results, project developments and market conditions for the floating offshore wind sector. Hexicon’s project development portfolio totalled approximately 10.9 GW (gross) at the end of 2025, with seven projects under development across Sweden, the United Kingdom, Italy, South Africa and South Korea.

Equinor partially divests shareholding in Scatec Equinor ASA has divested an 8.07 percent shareholding in Scatec ASA at a price of NOK 125 per share. Following the transaction, Equinor retains an 8.05% stake in Scatec and has agreed to a 90-day lock-up period for the remaining shares.
