Pattern Energy has agreed to acquire Cordelio Power under a definitive agreement between the two companies. Cordelio Power is an independent power producer active in Canada and the USA. The transaction covers a 1,550 MW portfolio of operating and in-construction assets comprising 16 wind, solar and storage projects in Canada and the USA.

Aker Solutions expects activity levels to decline in 2026 compared with 2025 following several years of high workload. Seatrium has reached an agreement with Phoenix II, an affiliate of Maersk Offshore Wind, to resolve a dispute related to the construction of a wind turbine installation vessel. The agreement follows earlier termination notices and arbitration proceedings initiated by both parties in connection with the vessel construction contract. Under the revised arrangement, Seatrium Energy International will deliver the vessel, with Phoenix II taking delivery by 28 February 2026.
