Studio Rinnovabili, a sister company of Natural Power, has appointed Iva Lubenov as Head of Construction. Lubenov joins Studio Rinnovabili this month after more than 18 years with Nordex Italia, where she held a senior project management role and managed wind energy projects across Italy, other European markets and internationally. Her experience includes project delivery and construction contract management, including turnkey projects covering balance of plant and grid connection.

Econergy has acquired Escofi, a French private onshore wind platform with 740 MW of capacity. The transaction marks Econergy’s entry into the French market. Founded in 1988, Escofi develops, finances, builds and operates onshore wind projects. Its portfolio comprises 128 MW in operation, 34 MW under construction, 147 MW in advanced development and 432 MW in early and mid-stage development.

Logistics, materials and operations management company ASCO has opened an office at the Wilton Centre in Teesside, UK. The new Redcar office will serve as a regional hub for ASCO’s operations across Central UK and North East England. It will support work already underway on major projects including Net Zero Teesside and the Hornsea 3 and Dogger Bank offshore windfarms, as well as activities in the defence, port, marine, offshore wind and industrial sectors.
